Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) Visa – Subclass 888
The Subclass 888 visa is a permanent residency pathway for holders of a provisional Business Innovation and Investment (Subclass 188) visa who have successfully met their business, investment, or entrepreneurial obligations in Australia.
This visa allows applicants to live, work, and invest in Australia permanently, access Medicare and social services, and sponsor eligible family members.

Applicants must hold a Subclass 188 visa in one of the following streams:

Business Innovation – Operated a successful business in Australia
